Terms of service

These terms apply to QS Precision (qsprecision.com), its app, its free tools and its MCP server for AI assistants. By using them you agree to these terms.

Early access

QS Precision is in early access. It is free while it is, and features may change, be added or be removed. When paid plans start, you will be told before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us at nguyenquang.btr@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

Your drawings and data

What you upload and make (drawings, takeoffs, rates, templates) stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to keep it, show it to you and do with it what you ask, including giving it to an AI assistant you connect. Upload only drawings you have the right to use. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Check the quantities

QS Precision is a tool for measuring drawings. Quantities depend on the drawing, its scale and how it was measured, and anything found or placed automatically, by the app or an AI assistant, can be wrong. You are responsible for checking quantities, prices and comparisons before relying on them in an estimate, a bid, a contract or a payment.

Fair use

Do not use QS Precision to break the law, to access other people’s data, to overload or attack the service, or to copy it. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything important. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using QS Precision at any time and ask us to delete your account. If we ever close the service, we will tell you in advance and give you time to export your data.
